- Reservation Policy: All reservations made through our platform are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. All full night's stay will be charged for each individual booking submitted.

- Check-In and Check-Out Policy: Please note that early check-in or late check-out requests cannot be accommodated. Check-in time is 3pm (SG Time) GMT+8, and check-out time is 11am (SG Time) GMT+8.
- Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and 9% prevailing government taxes.
