Terms & Conditions
- Reservation Policy: All reservations made through our platform are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. All full night's stay will be charged for each individual booking submitted.
- Extended Night Requests: If you wish to extend your stay beyond the original booking, please contact the hotel reception directly to inquire about availability for additional nights.
- Check-In and Check-Out Policy: Early check-in and late check-out requests cannot be accommodated. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM SGT (GMT+8), and check-out time is at 11:00 AM SGT (GMT+8).
- Room rates are subject to a 10% service charge and a 9% Goods & Services Tax(GST).
